We are signing up reading volunteers now for the fall 2018 term. It's even easy to do on your lunch break once a week!

We work in several Metro. Nashville Public Schools to place reading volunteers in kindergarten classrooms through our LEADING by READING® program.  Volunteers commit to be in the classroom for 15 minutes to read a character-building book from our special collection.  The reading takes place around lunchtime in our partner schools.  Volunteers return to the same class at the same time each week for at least 2 months.  Many volunteers have said that reading to the students is the highlight of their week!

Interested volunteers should sign up now. All volunteers receive one hour of training at our office prior to getting started.
