Sometimes you see it in the smiles on students' faces when they see you or the letters you send. Sometimes you hear about it from parents, teachers, or others. Sometimes we see it in writing from a student, like the one who wrote a note to his Love Helps reading volunteer, Ms. Emily, that simply stated, "We love you Ms. Emily. You fixed my heart."
